The Starrag F 2035 is a high-performance 5-axis horizontal machining center designed for precision machining of medium to large components, notably in aerospace and structural industries. It features an extensive X-axis travel of 149.61 inches, Y-axis travel of 98.425 inches, and Z-axis travel of 26.378 inches, enabling the handling of sizeable workpieces. Powered by a robust 160.9 horsepower spindle, it achieves speeds up to 30,000 RPM, suitable for high-speed milling and drilling operations. The machine incorporates an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) with a large capacity of 129 tools, equipped with HSK A63/80 taper tooling to facilitate rapid and flexible tool changes. Its pallet system supports dimensions of 78.74 inches in width and 137.8 inches in length, accommodating large fixtures and parts.
