This CNC lathe features a 20-inch swing and a 60-inch machining length, designed for precision turning operations on medium to large workpieces. It is equipped with the advanced FAGOR 8055 TC control system, which provides robust programming and operational capabilities. The control supports multiple communication interfaces including RS-232, USB, and optional Ethernet and SERCOS, enabling seamless integration with offline programming systems and network environments. The FAGOR 8055 TC offers a fully alphanumeric keyboard, a high-resolution TFT display (optional), and intuitive conversational programming for simplified operation. The system supports both ISO and high-level programming languages, with interactive and icon-based editing. PLC integration provides 16 digital inputs and 8 outputs for automation and machine interfacing. The control’s high-speed RS-232 port operates at 115 K baud, and USB connectivity allows for easy program transfer. Additional features include spindle orientation (M19), linear and circular interpolation, tangential control, and retrace functions.
