SWI Trak DPM5 VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER

This CNC machining center features a robust construction with overall dimensions of 116" x 70" x 94" and a table size of 50" x 12", supporting a maximum table load of 1320 lbs. The machine provides 40" of X-axis travel, 20" of Y-axis travel, and 20" of Z-axis travel, with a spindle nose to table distance of 24" and spindle center to column of 20". It is equipped with a CAT 40 spindle taper, capable of speeds up to 5000 RPM, powered by a 7.5 HP spindle motor. Rapid traverse rates are 100 IPM on X and Y axes, and 60 IPM on Z, with cutting feed rates adjustable from 0.1 to 500 IPM. The automatic tool changer offers storage for 16 tools, accommodating diameters up to 3.5" and weights up to 15 lbs. The machine weighs 6600 lbs and requires a 220V, 3-phase, 60Hz power supply.
