The Takisawa-Taiwan LA-250YS is a high-performance horizontal machining center designed for precision turning and milling operations. It features a main spindle with a maximum turning diameter of 14.560", a turning length of 29.000", and a maximum swing of 23.600". The main spindle chuck diameter is 10.000", and it supports a maximum bar diameter of 2.950". The main spindle operates at up to 3,500 RPM with 30 HP, while the sub-spindle also reaches 3,500 RPM with 15 HP, enabling efficient secondary operations. The machine is equipped with a 15-station turret, allowing for up to 15 turning and 15 rotary tools, with each rotary tool capable of 10 HP and 5,000 RPM.
