Technical Description
The Terex TG190 Motor Grader is a heavy-duty, three-axle machine designed for demanding grading applications in road construction, airfields, and mining. It features a 185 hp (138 kW) turbocharged six-cylinder engine delivering reliable power at 2000 rpm, paired with an Auto Power Shift transmission with torque converter for smooth operation across six forward and three reverse gears. The grader’s articulated steering system provides a 45-degree articulation angle and a 24.7 ft turning radius, ensuring excellent maneuverability. Its hydraulic system, equipped with an axial piston pump, delivers 26.1 gpm flow and 2668.7 psi relief valve pressure for responsive blade control. The 12.1 ft moldboard offers a maximum blade pull of 21,683 lbs, with 24.9 in height and 0.8 in thickness, and can be shifted 49.3 in left or right. The circle has a 59.5 in diameter, 18.6 in max lift, and 87.5 in and 125.2 in max reach outside tires to the left and right, respectively. The machine measures 33.7 ft in length, 8.2 ft in width, and 10.9 ft in height, with a total operating weight of 41,226.5 lbs. It has a 126.9 gal fuel capacity, 45 gal hydraulic fluid capacity, and 11.1 gal cooling system capacity. The front axle provides 2 ft ground clearance, 15 degrees of oscillation, and 17 degrees of wheel lean. The TG190 is equipped with a 24-volt electrical system, 55-amp alternator, and 14.00-24TG tires, making it a robust and efficient solution for heavy-duty grading tasks.
