Its high rigid box-way design and precise grinding provide outstanding accuracy and durability. The spindle delivers a maximum output of 48.3 horsepower (36 kW) and can reach speeds up to 6,000 RPM, with an optional upgrade to 8,000 RPM. Equipped with a gear transmission system and spindle cooling, the HTH-800 excels in hard material cutting while minimizing thermal accumulation. The automatic tool changer (ATC) has a standard capacity of 60 tools, expandable to 90 or 120 tools, and utilizes a 7/24 Taper No.50 tool interface for secure tool holding. The pallet size is 31.496 inches (800 mm) square, supporting versatile workpiece configurations. The machine features a tilting head with a maximum width of 740 mm and a tilting radius of 270 mm, enabling complex inner hole machining. Hydraulic pallet clamping ensures excellent clamping force and positioning accuracy. The HTH-800 is controlled via CNC, providing precise and efficient operation for a wide range of machining applications.
