The TongTai TMV-510 (G) Vertical Machining Center is a high-performance 3-axis CNC milling machine designed for precision machining of small to medium-sized workpieces. It features a 24" x 14" work table capable of supporting up to 440 lbs, accommodating a variety of materials and parts. The vertical spindle uses a #30 taper, with an optional Big Plus #30 taper, delivering a top speed of 12,000 RPM standard, extendable to 15,000 RPM for high-speed applications. The spindle motor is rated at 7.5 HP (30-minute rating), providing robust cutting power. This machining center incorporates a 14-position automatic tool changer (ATC) with an optional 20-tool capacity, enabling efficient tool management and short tool change times of 0.8 seconds (tool-to-tool) and 1.9 seconds (chip-to-chip). The machine supports an optional pallet changer system with two pallets to enhance production throughput. Axes travel includes 20" in X, 14" in Y, and 12" in Z directions, all with rapid traverse rates of up to 1,890 inches per minute, enabling fast positioning and cycle times.
