The TOPSCNC DK7740ZAC Wire EDM Machine is a CNC-controlled precision wire electrical discharge machine designed for metal cutting applications. It features an X-axis travel of 15.75 inches (400 mm) and a Y-axis travel of 19.69 inches (500 mm), enabling the machining of workpieces up to 400 mm thick with a maximum table load capacity around 600 kg. The machine uses high-precision stepper motors for the X, Y, U, and V axes, allowing simultaneous 4-axis control with a minimum control increment of 0.001 mm, ensuring machining accuracy up to 0.015 mm and cutting precision as fine as 0.012 mm. The DQE-DC-01 CNC controller offers advanced technological control, supporting taper cutting up to 60° on 100 mm thickness and complex shape machining.
