It is controlled by a Fanuc 0iMD CNC system with a 10.4" color LCD, supporting up to 4 simultaneous axes and scalable memory for efficient programming and control. The BA 1008 XT offers travels of approximately 26 mm in X, 160 mm in Y, and 60 mm in Z axes, facilitating precise part manipulation within a compact footprint. Spindles operate horizontally with high-frequency motor drives, supporting high-speed cutting up to 28,000 rpm. The machine supports multiple front, lateral, and counter-operation spindles with options for tilting angles up to 17° and an 80-mm sectioning tool, enhancing machining versatility. It does not include an index or rotary table but compensates with its multi-axis and multi-spindle design.
