TOS VARNSDORF WRD 150 HORIZONTAL BORING MILL

The TOS VARNSDORF WRD 150 is a CNC horizontal boring mill designed for precise, highly productive drilling, boring, milling, and thread cutting of large and heavy workpieces. Key specifications include a work spindle diameter of 150 mm (5.91 inches) and a maximum spindle speed of 2,500 RPM. The machine features significant travel capabilities, with X-axis longitudinal column travel ranging from 5,000 mm up to 27,000 mm, Y-axis headstock vertical travel from 2,000 mm up to 5,000 mm, and a RAM stroke (Z-axis) of 1,200 mm. The spindle stroke (W-axis) is 800 mm. Power is delivered by a main motor with S1/S6 power ratings of 51 kW / 65 kW, providing a maximum torque of 3,130 Nm on the spindle. Rapid traverse for the X, Y, and Z axes reaches up to 24,000 mm/min.
