Technical Description

This CNC lathe features a 6-inch bar capacity with both main and counter spindles capable of operating at up to 6,300 RPM. Each spindle delivers drive power of 9.1 HP at 100% duty cycle and 14.6 HP at 25% duty cycle, generating torque of 15 to 23 ft-lbs. The machine offers precise indexing with C-Axis resolution of 0.001°, and electronic positioning resolution of 0.1°. The counter spindle supports a 1.42-inch bar capacity with slide travels of 9.84" in Z4 and 14.57" in X3, matching the main spindle's rapid traverse rate of 1181 IPM on these axes. The turret accommodates 12 stations (expandable to 24), all equipped for driven tools, using 1/2" or 5/8" square tool shanks. Front attachment tool stations count five with counter spindle, seven without, supporting 4 to 6 driven tools with a 1.57" diameter tool adapter and slide travel of 14.57" (X3) by 9.84" (Z3).
