The TRENS SN 50C is a robust universal centre lathe designed for piece and small-lot production, as well as maintenance and repair workshops. It features a main spindle with a maximum turning diameter of 19.600" (500 mm) and a maximum turning length of 59.000" (1500 mm), allowing for versatile machining of a wide range of workpieces. The main spindle chuck diameter is 9.800" (250 mm), and the maximum swing over the bed is 19.600" (500 mm), providing ample clearance for large components. The lathe is equipped with a single main spindle capable of speeds up to 2,200 RPM, delivering a main spindle power of 5.3 HP (5.5 kW), ensuring efficient and precise material removal. The primary tool carrier is a conventional tool post, supporting one cutting tool at a time, and the machine operates on two axes for accurate longitudinal and cross slide movements.
