A sub spindle operating at 7,000 RPM with 7.5 HP supports secondary machining operations. The machine is equipped with two primary tool carriers: a front slide carrier holding up to 8 turning tools and 4 rotary tools running at 5,000 RPM, and a top slide carrier accommodating 6 turning tools and 4 rotary tools at the same 5,000 RPM. This arrangement enables simultaneous cutting with up to three tools, increasing productivity.
The machine offers 5-axis standard CNC control, with options for up to 7 axes, allowing sophisticated tool movement and complex part geometries.
