The main spindle operates at speeds up to 10,000 RPM with 7.5 HP, while the sub-spindle also reaches 10,000 RPM with 2.9 HP, enabling efficient secondary operations. The machine is equipped with two tool carriers: Slide 1 supports up to 4 turning tools and 3 rotary tools, while Slide 2 accommodates up to 12 turning tools and 2 rotary tools, allowing for a total of 3 simultaneous cutting tools. Rotary tools offer up to 1.33 HP and 1.33 RPM for versatile milling and drilling capabilities. The system supports on-center and off-center secondary mill/drill functions as standard, with Y-axis capability included and C-axis functionality available as an option. The BN 20 operates on 6 axes as standard, with optional upgrades to 7 axes for enhanced flexibility.
