The TUR 50 is a manual center lathe manufactured by FAT Wrocław, designed for versatile machining operations. The lathe offers a 1000 mm turning length with a Morse rotary point #5 and a 3.54-inch spindle hole, providing flexibility for various workholding solutions. Operating speeds range from 18 to 1800 rpm across two gear ranges, with 42 available speeds in the first gear (18–900 rpm) and second gear (35–1800 rpm). The machine provides 42 feeds for both longitudinal and transversal operations, with longitudinal feed rates from 0.0031 to 0.128 inches per revolution and transversal rates from 0.0016 to 0.064 inches per revolution. Threading capabilities include 42 metric, inch, modular, and DP thread options, with ranges up to 3.46 inches. Rapid traverse movements reach 18.04 feet per minute longitudinally and 9.19 feet per minute transversally, enhancing productivity. Powered by an 8.06/15.75 hp motor, the lathe weighs 694.44 pounds and measures 133.86 x 53.15 x 62.20 inches overall.
