UNISIG USC-2M-BTA HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTER

The UNISIG USC-2M-BTA is a horizontal 5-axis machining center designed for high-precision milling and deep hole drilling in a single setup. It features a large work table measuring 63.0" x 49.2" with a maximum workpiece weight capacity of 44,100 lbs, suitable for heavy and large parts. The machine supports a standard rotary table but does not include an index table. The spindle is horizontal with a CAT 50 taper (optional SK50), operating at speeds up to 4,500 RPM and powered by a 27 HP motor (optional 34 HP) rated for 30-minute duty cycles. The axes provide extensive travel with 82.7" on X, 59.1" on Y, 33.5" on Z, a 45° A-axis rotation, and full 360° B-axis rotation for versatile 5-axis machining. The machine optionally supports a 40-tool automatic tool changer to increase operational automation.
