The UNISIG USC-M50 Horizontal Machining Center is a high-precision, 5-axis CNC machine optimized for deep hole drilling and milling operations in a single setup. It features a robust horizontal configuration with a CAT 50 (optional SK50) spindle taper, capable of 4,000 RPM and a 32 to 40 HP spindle motor, enabling efficient machining of large, complex workpieces. Axes travel ranges include 122" (X), 98.43" (Y), and 61" (Z), with rotational axes allowing ±45° A-axis and 360° B-axis rotation, providing versatile 5-axis machining capabilities. An optional automatic tool changer supports up to 120 tools, maximizing productivity without manual intervention. The USC-M50 integrates deep hole drilling technologies, including Gundrill and BTA systems, allowing drilling depths up to 72" with hole diameters up to 2".
