The VANTAGE V12 Manual Lathe is a heavy-duty, gap-bed engine lathe designed for demanding oil country and industrial applications. With a robust single-piece bed casting resting entirely on the floor, the lathe delivers maximum rigidity and stability for precision machining. It features a 40-inch swing over the bed and a 31-inch swing over the cross slide, accommodating large workpieces with ease. The center distance is 160 inches, allowing for extended turning operations. The spindle is equipped with a 12.5-inch bore and a 28-inch 4-jaw chuck on the front, complemented by a 32-inch 3-jaw chuck on the rear for versatile workholding.
