The VICTOR 3500 DCL is a horizontal machining center engineered for large-scale turning and boring operations. It features a robust main spindle capable of accommodating workpieces up to 20.1" in diameter and 160" in length, with a maximum swing capacity of 34.6". The machine is equipped with dual spindle configurations, each operating at 630 RPM standard with 20 HP output, or optionally at 500 RPM with increased 30 HP capacity for heavy-duty cutting applications. The two-axis design provides 26.38" of X-axis travel and up to 80" of Z-axis travel (expandable to 160" with optional configuration), both achieving 200 ipm feed rates and rapid traverse speeds. The slide-type primary tool carrier enables single simultaneous cutting tool engagement, optimizing precision for complex machining tasks.
