This CNC machining center features a robust table measuring 67.000 inches in length by 24.000 inches in width, capable of supporting workpieces up to 5,500 lbs. An optional index table and rotary table are available for enhanced versatility. The vertical spindle is equipped with a CAT #50 taper, with BT #50 as an alternative, and delivers a maximum spindle speed of 4,500 RPM (optional up to 6,000 RPM). The spindle motor provides 15 HP (30-minute rating), with an optional upgrade to 20 HP for demanding applications. Tooling is managed via an automatic tool changer (ATC) supporting up to 24 tools, with a rapid tool change time of 4 seconds and a chip-to-chip time of 8 seconds. A pallet changer is available as an option. The machine operates on three axes (X, Y, Z), with an optional fourth axis for expanded machining capabilities. Axis travels are 55.100 inches (X), 23.600 inches (Y), and 25.500 inches (Z), each offering a maximum feed rate of 200 ipm and rapid traverse of 600 ipm.
