This vertical machining center features a large worktable measuring 78.7" x 51", capable of supporting a maximum workpiece weight of 17,600 lbs, ideal for heavy-duty machining applications. It operates on three axes (X, Y, Z) with maximum travels of 78.7", 63", and 31", respectively, and offers rapid traverse rates of 590 inches per minute and a maximum feed rate of 276 inches per minute on all axes. The spindle is vertically oriented with a standard BT 50 taper, optionally available with a CAT 50 taper, delivering up to 6,000 RPM (with an optional 4,500 RPM) and a power rating of 25 HP for 30 minutes continuous duty, with an optional upgrade to 30 HP. Tool handling is managed by an automatic tool changer (ATC) equipped with 32 tools standard, expandable to 40, achieving rapid tool change times of 3 seconds.
