The WELE HMC630 is a three-axis CNC horizontal machining center designed for precision metalworking operations. The HMC630 is equipped with a BT50 spindle taper operating at maximum speeds up to 6000 rpm, enabling efficient material removal across various applications including milling, boring, drilling, and tapping. Its advanced CNC control system supports full closed-loop operation with positioning accuracy of ±0.003mm on X, Y, and Z axes, ensuring consistent precision. The machine features rapid traverse rates reaching 24-30 m/min and cutting feed speeds up to 10,000 mm/min.
