The YAMA SEIKI GOODWAY GTS-150 is a high-performance horizontal twin-spindle, twin-turret CNC turning center designed for efficient, simultaneous machining operations. Featuring two main spindles with a maximum turning diameter and length of 7.090" and a 6.000" chuck diameter, the machine supports a maximum bar diameter of 1.650". Both spindles operate at up to 6,000 RPM with 10 HP, enabling high-speed, heavy-duty cutting. Each turret accommodates up to 12 turning tools and 6 rotary tools, with rotary tools capable of 4,000 RPM and 5 HP for live milling, drilling, and tapping operations. The machine supports up to 2 simultaneous cutting tools and offers 6-axis control for complex part processing. Axis travels include 6.100" on X and 7.090" on Z, with rapid traverse and maximum feed rates of 590 ipm on X, Y, and Z axes, ensuring fast and precise movement. The robust design incorporates a rigid box-way structure and high-torque servo motors for reliable performance.
