The YASDA YBM10T-100TT is a simultaneous 5-axis horizontal machining center engineered for high-precision, high-speed machining of large and heavy components. This machine features exceptional dimensional capabilities with X-axis travel of 59 inches, Y-axis travel of 55.1 inches, and Z-axis travel of 55.1 inches, accommodating workpieces up to 5 tons. The machine is equipped with a highly rigid 1,000 x 1,000mm (39.4 x 39.4 inch) symmetric trunnion tilting table, enabling simultaneous 5-axis machining operations. Powered by a spindle capable of reaching 10,000 RPM with a 7/24 NT No. 50 taper, the YBM10T-100TT delivers both heavy-duty cutting at low spindle speeds and highly accurate rotation with low-heat generation. The integrated 60-tool automatic tool changer (ATC) with maximum tool length of 17.4 inches and diameter of 11.8 inches optimizes production efficiency and reduces setup times.
