The YCM TC-26L Horizontal Machining Center is a high-performance CNC turning center engineered for precision and efficiency in demanding production environments. It features a robust single main spindle with a maximum turning diameter of 18.500 inches and a maximum turning length of 41.220 inches, expandable to 40.870 inches with optional configurations. The machine supports a 10-inch chuck as standard, with a 12-inch chuck available as an option. The main spindle delivers up to 20 HP and can achieve speeds of 4,000 RPM, with an alternate setting of 2,500 RPM for optimized performance across various materials. The TC-26L is equipped with a 12-station turret, allowing for versatile tooling and efficient tool changes. Designed for two-axis operation, the machine provides X-axis travel of 9.840 inches and Z-axis travel of 43.130 inches (up to 43.300 inches with the optional configuration). All axes feature a maximum feed rate of 197 inches per minute and a rapid traverse rate of 591 inches per minute, ensuring fast and accurate positioning. The TC-26L’s rigid box-way design, combined with a one-piece Meehanite® base casting, minimizes vibration and maximizes machining accuracy and durability.
