The Yilmaz PIM 6508 is an 8-axis CNC-controlled machining center specifically engineered for comprehensive PVC profile processing. This fully automated system delivers servo-controlled motion across eight axes, enabling precision operations on all four sides of PVC profiles in a single setup. The machine performs a diverse range of operations including milling, key hole openings, water slot creation, hinge hole drilling, handle hole fabrication, marking, and saw blade cutting with programming optimization for minimal waste and maximum production efficiency. The PIM 6508 features a fully automated feeding and positioning system with a 3-axis pneumatic gripper that transports profiles from the conveyor into the machining and cutting center. The system accommodates 10 PVC profiles simultaneously on its feeding conveyor, significantly increasing throughput. The cutting unit provides angular flexibility, capable of serially cutting profiles at angles between 45° and 135°. Horizontal and vertical clamping mechanisms ensure secure profile positioning during all machining operations.
