The You Ji DSM-800 Horizontal Machining Center is a high-performance 3-axis CNC machining center designed for heavy-duty, precise machining tasks. It features a large 25.6" x 25.6" table capable of supporting workpieces up to 5,500 lbs. The machine incorporates a standard rotary table with hydraulic clamping and Hirth coupling to ensure accurate indexing and stability. The spindle is mounted horizontally with an NT-60 taper, supporting a continuous power of 20 HP (30-minute rating) and speeds up to 132 RPM, with an optional upgrade to 250 RPM for enhanced cutting flexibility. Travel capabilities are substantial with 51.1" on the X-axis and 23.6" on both Y and Z axes, all supported by rapid traverse rates of up to 590 IPM and max feed rates of 59 IPM for efficient material removal and high throughput. The machine lacks a U axis but offers a standard pallet changer for improved workflow and reduced downtime. Engineered for duplex machining, the DSM-800 enables simultaneous or sequential multi-sided machining on square or rectangular blocks, enhancing accuracy and reducing manual setup and inspection times.
