The Zettelmeyer ZL1001 is a compact, hydrostatic full powershift wheel loader designed for efficient material handling with a bucket breakout force of 13,488.6 lbs (6,118 kg) and a heaped bucket capacity of 1.8 cubic yards (1 m³). It features a 7.4-foot (2 m) wide bucket, providing a 9.1-foot (3 m) dump clearance at maximum lift. Front and rear axles use portal reduction with 100% hydraulically operated differential locks for superior off-road traction, and enclosed oil-immersed multi-disc brakes supplement hydrostatic retardation. It has a turning radius of 16.1 feet (5 m) and a max travel speed of 15.6 mph (24 kph) in both forward and reverse directions.
