Technical Description

This CNC machining center features a robust table measuring 50.000 inches in length by 23.200 inches in width, capable of supporting workpieces up to 3,000 lbs. The table can be optionally equipped with an index or rotary table for enhanced versatility. The vertical spindle utilizes a CAT #40 taper, with BT #40 as an alternative, and achieves a maximum speed of 10,000 RPM (optional 12,000 RPM). The spindle delivers 25 HP (30-minute rating), with an optional 33 HP configuration. Tooling is managed via an automatic tool changer (ATC) supporting up to 30 tools (optional 24), with a tool change time of 3.5 seconds and a chip-to-chip time of 6.0 seconds. A pallet changer is available with two pallets for increased productivity. The machine operates on three axes (optional four axes), with X, Y, and Z travels each providing a maximum feed rate of 590 ipm and rapid traverse of 1,180 ipm. This configuration ensures high precision, efficient tool management, and flexibility for a wide range of machining applications.
