2014 Mechatronic Techniques 56in Linear Rail Rtu, FANUC Bis 2/4000 Motor, 63in Rail Length

The 2014 Mechatronic Techniques 56 inch travel linear rail is a robot transfer unit (RTU) designed specifically for the FANUC LR MATE 200ID series robots. This unit features an overall rail length of 63 inches with a 7-inch wide carrier and approximately 56 inches of travel. The system is powered by a FANUC AC variable speed drive motor, model BIS 2/4000 type A05B-0061-B704, which is mounted to a lifetime lubricated gear reducer with a 1:4 ratio. The linear ways have a width of 3/4 inch, and the unit includes a robot carrier plate measuring 7 7/16 inches by 7 7/16 inches, which is drilled and tapped for LR MATE 200ID robot mounting. For maintenance, the carrier base is equipped with four greasable zerk fittings, two in the front and two in the back. The assembly includes necessary cables for connection to a robot controller.
