The Auma AC 01.2 SA 07.6-FA10 is a complete integrated valve actuation assembly consisting of an SA 07.6 multi-turn actuator, a GS 63.3 worm gearbox, and an AC 01.2 Aumatic intelligent control unit. The SA 07.6 multi-turn actuator provides an output torque range of 60 to 250 Nm and output speeds typically from 4 to 180 RPM. It features an ISO 5210 F10 mounting flange for coupling to the gearbox, a standard 3-phase AC motor, and an enclosure protection rating of IP67 or IP68, suitable for ambient temperatures from -40 °C to +80 °C. The GS 63.3 worm gearbox multiplies the actuator's input torque, significantly increasing the final output torque to the valve, typically via an ISO 5210 compliant output flange. The AC 01.2 Aumatic intelligent control unit manages actuator operation, offering local control via an LCD display and push buttons, and remote control capabilities through conventional signals or various fieldbus interfaces such as Modbus RTU, Profibus DP, and Ethernet/IP. This control unit also provides comprehensive diagnostic functions and event logging.
