The Fuji ANS320 is a single spindle, twin turret horizontal CNC lathe designed for automated high-volume production. This modular machine is equipped with a FANUC series 320I model A CNC control featuring color graphics for precision operation. It is integrated with a gantry loader and a stacker unit to facilitate efficient parts handling. For quality assurance, the system includes a Marposs model P7ME in-process gauging system. The vertical column design of the ANS series ensures excellent chip evacuation.
