The AGIECHARMILLES CUT 1000 OilTech is a high-precision CNC wire EDM machine designed for micro-erosion applications requiring extreme accuracy and surface finish. It features an X-axis travel of 8.69 inches, a Y-axis travel of 6.30 inches, and a Z-axis travel of 3.90 inches, accommodating workpieces up to approximately 11.81 x 7.87 x 3.14 inches in size. The machine operates submerged in a dielectric fluid, optimizing cooling and debris removal during cutting. It supports wire diameters from 0.003 to 0.008 inches, with optional finer wires down to 0.0008 inches, allowing intricate and fine detail machining. The CUT 1000 OilTech achieves ultra-fine surface finishes with a minimum surface roughness RA of 0.05 μm and can machine inner radii as small as 0.02 mm.
