The CUT 2000 X offers wire diameter capabilities ranging from 0.10 to 0.30 mm, with optional ultra-fine 0.05-0.07 mm options for micro-machining applications. It achieves a minimum surface roughness of 0.08 µm Ra for standard operations, with the OilTech version delivering enhanced surface finish down to 0.05 µm Ra. The machine supports maximum taper angles of ±30° per 100 mm height, enabling complex angled cuts for precision tooling and die applications. Featuring dual 25 kg wire spools for automatic wire changeover capability, the CUT 2000 X eliminates setup modifications when switching between wire sizes. Its five controlled servo axes, including U and V axes with ±70 mm travel, enable sophisticated multi-axis machining and angle cutting. The machine's modular design accommodates optional upgrades including 3D Setup alignment systems and automatic wire changers, making it highly adaptable for production environments requiring flexibility, precision, and consistent part quality.
