THE AIR TORQUE PT700 S12 IS A RACK AND PINION PNEUMATIC VALVE ACTUATOR ENGINEERED FOR SPRING RETURN OPERATION, PROVIDING A 0-90 DEGREE ROTATION. CONSTRUCTED WITH A HARD-ANODIZED ALUMINUM ALLOY BODY, ALUMINUM END CAPS, AND A NICKEL-PLATED STEEL PINION, IT UTILIZES NBR SEALS. ITS OUTPUT TORQUE AT 6 BAR RANGES FROM A MINIMUM OF 1309 NM TO A MAXIMUM OF 1803 NM. THE ACTUATOR IS DESIGNED FOR A MAXIMUM OPERATING PRESSURE OF 8 BAR AND OPERATES WITHIN A STANDARD TEMPERATURE RANGE OF -20°C TO +80°C. IT FEATURES ISO 5211 F16 MOUNTING FOR VALVE CONNECTIONS AND IS COMPATIBLE WITH VDI/VDE 3845 FOR ACCESSORY MOUNTING, ALSO IDENTIFIABLE BY THE ALTERNATIVE PART NUMBER F16-N-DS-46.
