Technical Description

This vertical machining center features a robust table measuring 49.000 inches in length by 9.000 inches in width, capable of supporting workpieces up to 750 lbs. The spindle is oriented vertically and equipped with an R-8 taper, with an optional #30 taper for increased versatility. Maximum spindle speed reaches 4,200 RPM, with an optional upgrade to 5,000 RPM, and is powered by a 2.0 HP motor (30-minute rating), with an optional 3.0 HP motor for demanding applications. Tooling is manual, supporting a single tool at a time, with no automatic tool changer. The machine provides four axes of motion: X, Y, Z, and A. Y-axis travel is 12.000 inches, Z-axis travel is 16.000 inches, and the A-axis offers 90.000° of rotation. The U-axis is not equipped.
