The BAOMA BM200X120 is a precision CNC wire EDM (electrical discharge machining) machine designed for high-accuracy cutting operations. This machine features 1200mm X-axis travel and 2000mm Y-axis travel, enabling it to accommodate workpieces up to 1330mm x 2400mm in table size with a maximum cutting thickness of 500mm. The system utilizes a Japanese Mitsubishi servo control system with a CNC interface featuring an LCD monitor and industrial PC for intuitive operation. It offers exceptional machining accuracy of ±0.01mm and produces superior surface finishes up to ≤1.0μm Ra, making it suitable for precision component manufacturing. The machine operates with standard wire diameter of 0.18mm with optional sizes of 0.15mm and 0.12mm available, and maintains wire speeds between 5-11 m/s. A double-direction automatic wire tension mechanism ensures consistent cutting quality throughout the machining process. The BM200X120 features four-axis control (X, Y, U, V) with 0.001mm resolution and supports both linear and circular interpolation for complex geometries. It includes precision linear motion guide ways and ball screws for rigid construction, along with a motorized Z-axis for advanced positioning. The machine incorporates an auto-lubrication system and is equipped with an independent BMXP software containing a large capacity database of cutting parameters. It requires no A.C. conditioning up to 40°C ambient temperature and features a CE-certified controller for reliable operation in various industrial environments.
