BAOMA BM320A WIRE EDM MACHINE

The BAOMA BM320A Wire EDM Machine is a CNC-controlled precision wire-cut electrical discharge machine designed for efficient and accurate machining. It features an X-axis travel of 9.84 inches (250 mm) and a Y-axis travel of 12.6 inches (320 mm), providing a working table size of approximately 380 x 525 mm. The machine supports a maximum cutting thickness of up to 300 mm with zero taper for thicknesses up to 100 mm. It operates with a wire diameter ranging from 0.15 to 0.2 mm and a wire speed adjustable between 5 to 11 meters per minute, driven by a maximum working current of 6 A. The BM320A utilizes high-quality steel linear guideways and precision ball screws from Taiwan, which enhance its cutting precision and durability. The cutting speed can reach up to 150 mm² per minute with surface roughness achieved after multi-cutting as low as 1.2 micrometers, ensuring excellent surface finish. The machine incorporates a closed-loop control system using BMXP software on a Windows XP embedded platform, facilitating seamless operation and CAD integration, including AutoCAD support.
