The machine delivers exceptional surface finish quality with roughness ratings of ≤2.5μm for single-pass cutting and ≤1.2μm for multi-pass operations. Equipped with a BMW-3000 CNC controller utilizing BMXP software, the BM320B offers coordinate transformation, real-time tracking display, and compatibility with AutoCAD .dxf format files. The cutting system operates at a maximum speed of 150mm²/min with wire speeds ranging from 5-11m/min, utilizing 0.15-0.2mm diameter wire electrodes. Maximum working current reaches 6A, delivering efficient cutting performance. The machine incorporates high-quality Taiwan-sourced ball screws and steel linear guideways for enhanced precision and rigidity. A 100L water tank supplies BM2/BM4 water-based working solution for optimal cooling and flushing. The adjustable wire guide frame enables taper cutting capabilities up to ±3° for workpieces ≤100mm thick. Rated at 3KVA power consumption with 220-415V AC three-phase input, the BM320B weighs 1600kg and accommodates table loads up to 300kg. Modular internal wiring design facilitates maintenance and reduces failure probability, making it suitable for precision tooling, mold-making, and prototype applications.
