BAOMA BM500C-C WIRE EDM MACHINE

The BAOMA BM500C-C is a precision CNC-controlled wire EDM (Electro Discharge Machining) system designed for high-precision metal cutting applications. This machine utilizes spark erosion technology, where an electrical discharge forms an arc between a molybdenum wire electrode and the workpiece, enabling non-contact erosion of intricate metal structures without applying cutting forces or excessive heat to the material. The machine features a work table measuring 500 x 800mm with X and Y axis travel distances of 400 x 500mm (approximately 15.75 x 19.69 inches), accommodating workpieces up to 300mm in thickness. It delivers a maximum cutting speed of 230-250mm²/min with exceptional machining accuracy of ±0.01mm, making it suitable for creating complex, finely detailed components in various metals. Equipped with a servo motor and servo drive system, the BM500C-C offers four-axis simultaneous movement (X, Y, U, V) through integrated step-motors, enabling angular cutting capabilities with a maximum taper angle of ±6°.
