The BAOMA DK7725 Wire EDM Machine is a high-precision CNC-controlled wire electrical discharge machine designed for efficient and accurate metal cutting. It features an X-axis travel of 9.84 inches and a Y-axis travel of 12.6 inches, allowing for precise handling of workpieces up to 300-500mm in thickness depending on the variant. The machine uses a high-quality linear guide system and a U.S.A Emerson converter to ensure stable and smooth operation. It supports wire diameters from 0.10 to 0.20 mm with wire traveling speeds between 5 to 11.5 m/s, providing cutting speeds of up to 120-150 mm²/min. Its control system is CNC-based, often integrated with BMXP or BMW-3000 software allowing direct programming from AutoCAD. The DK7725 accommodates complex taper cutting, with angles up to ±30°, and offers multiple functions including automatic wire break handling, auto-centering, and memory for power interruptions.
