The BAOMA DK7732E CNC Wire EDM Machine is a high-precision electrical discharge machining solution designed for accurate and efficient wire cutting operations. The BMXP control system, running on a Windows XP platform, supports seamless integration with AutoCAD and other design software, allowing for direct import and optimization of cutting programs. The DK7732E supports multi-cutting modes and offers advanced functions such as taper processing, automatic handling of short circuits and wire breaks, power loss memory, auto-stop after processing, auto-edge positioning, auto-centering, and automatic transitional arc addition. The machine is capable of processing workpieces up to 500 mm thick, with a maximum taper angle of ±30° for plates up to 100 mm thick. Maximum cutting speed reaches 120 mm²/min, and surface roughness can be as low as 1.5 μm with finishing cuts. The DK7732E is equipped with a closed-loop control system option, using Mitsubishi or Yaskawa servo motors for enhanced accuracy. The machine operates on a 3N-380V/50Hz power supply and features a working solution reservoir capacity of 56 liters. Its modular internal wiring design simplifies maintenance and reduces the risk of failure.
