The BAOMA DK7780F is a precision CNC wire electrochemical discharge machining (EDM) system designed for high-accuracy metal cutting applications. This machine features X-axis travel of 31.5 inches and Y-axis travel of 39.4 inches, accommodating workpieces up to 1,400mm × 820mm in size with a maximum cutting thickness of 500mm. The system utilizes a wire diameter range of 0.12-0.20mm molybdenum wire, delivering cutting speeds up to 150mm²/min with consistent performance. Equipped with BMW-5000 series control technology, the DK7780F integrates CNC automation for efficient operation and precise part production. The machine achieves cutting accuracy of ±0.012mm in straight cutting mode and offers adjustable taper cutting capabilities up to ±6° per 80mm of thickness. Surface finish quality reaches Ra≤1.5μm with multiple passes, ensuring superior dimensional accuracy and surface quality for tooling, dies, and precision components. The machine operates on a single-phase or three-phase power supply rated at 1.5KW, with customizable voltage options including 220V or 380V configurations.
