This CNC machining center features a robust table/work support system with a standard table size of 50.000 inches (L) x 23.200 inches (W), capable of supporting workpieces up to 2,000 lbs. An optional smaller table of 12.600 inches (L) x 12.600 inches (W) is available for specialized applications. The machine can be equipped with an optional index or rotary table for enhanced versatility. It is powered by two vertical main spindles, each with a maximum speed of 15,000 RPM and a 30-minute horsepower rating of 30 HP, with an optional upgrade to 53 HP. Tooling is managed via an automatic tool changer (ATC) supporting 36 tools standard, expandable to 72 tools, with a rapid tool change time of 2.0 seconds and a chip-to-chip time of 4.0 seconds. A pallet changer is available as an option, supporting up to two pallets. The machine operates on three primary axes (X, Y, Z), with an optional fourth axis (B) providing 360° rotation. Axis travel ranges are 40.000 inches (X), 24.000 inches (Y), and 25.000 inches (Z), with maximum feed rates and rapid traverse speeds of 800 ipm and 1,200 ipm, respectively, ensuring efficient and precise machining operations.
