This CNC vertical machining center features a robust rectangular table measuring 144" x 36", with an optional extended length of up to 384" while maintaining the same width. The system supports an optional index or rotary table for enhanced workpiece positioning. The vertical spindle offers a standard HSK 63 taper with an option for CAT 40, delivering spindle speeds up to 20,000 RPM (optional 40,000 RPM) and rated at 41 HP for 30-minute operation. Tool handling is managed by an automatic tool changer (ATC) with a standard 30-tool capacity, expandable to 40 tools, and a tool change time of 6 seconds. Pallet changing capabilities include a standard 2-pallet setup, with options extending to 99 pallets to maximize throughput. The machine operates on a 3-axis linear configuration (X, Y, Z) with travel capacities of 144" (expandable to 384") in X, 39" in Y, and 31.5" in Z, all with maximum feed and rapid traverse rates of 2,400 inches per minute. Optional 4th axis rotary capabilities (A and B axes) provide 180° and 200° rotations respectively, enabling complex part orientations. This configuration supports heavy-duty, high-precision machining with rapid and accurate movements on large workpieces, suitable for aerospace, automotive, and die/mold manufacturing.
