The BOCHI VMC850B is a compact vertical machining center designed for versatile mold and precision parts processing. It features a rigid cast iron construction with a 500×1050mm work table capable of supporting 600kg maximum load. The machine delivers X, Y, and Z-axis travels of 800mm, 500mm, and 550mm respectively, providing substantial machining envelope for medium-duty applications. Equipped with an 8,000 RPM spindle featuring ISO 40 taper, the VMC850B accommodates up to 24 tools in its automatic tool changer with rapid tool change capability. The spindle motor delivers 7.5-11kW continuous power, enabling aggressive material removal across various materials. Rapid traverse rates reach 16 m/min on X/Y axes and 12 m/min on Z-axis, while cutting feed rates extend to 10,000 mm/min. Positioning accuracy of ±0.003mm and repeatability of ±0.008mm ensure consistent precision for complex mold manufacturing and precision component production.
