BULLARD 124 VERTICAL BORING MILL

The BULLARD 124 Vertical Boring Mill is a robust, remanufactured 2007 machine controlled by a Fanuc 16i-TTB 4-Axis CNC system. It features a 124-inch diameter 4-jaw independent chuck and a 124-inch table diameter, capable of handling a maximum workpiece weight of 60,000 lbs. The maximum machining diameter is 138 inches, with a maximum machining height of 80 inches. Power is supplied by a 100 HP main drive motor, delivering a table cutting speed range of 1-100 RPM. The machine is equipped with a RHS 5-sided Power Indexing Turret. Travel capabilities include a Maximum Ram Travel (Z1-Axis LHS) of 50 inches and Maximum Turret Travel (Z2-Axis RHS) of 38 inches. Maximum travel for the X1 and X2 axes is 72 inches, with a cross rail travel of 60 inches. Feed rates include a rapid feed rate (X & Z) of 236 IPM and a maximum cutting feed rate of 197 IPM.
