This vertical machining center features dual vertical main spindles with HSK 100A taper, capable of speeds up to 20,000 RPM with an optional top speed of 12,500 RPM, providing high-speed, precision machining. The tool carrier is an automatic tool changer (ATC) supporting up to 162 tools, with an optional capacity of 187 tools, enabling efficient multi-tool operations with rapid tool change times of 0.90 seconds (tool-to-tool) and 1.70 seconds (chip-to-chip). The machine provides 3 axes of motion (X, Y, Z) with travels of 25.980" in X and Y, and 15.750" in Z, suitable for complex part machining. Optional features include table support via index or rotary tables and a pallet changer with up to six pallets, increasing automation and throughput. The spindle uses a precision HSK 100A taper system known for excellent rigidity and repeatability, delivering consistent tool holding and superior surface finishes.
