Technical Description

This vertical machining center features dual main spindles with a vertical orientation and HSK 63A taper, supporting a maximum spindle speed of 15,000 RPM (optional 12,000 RPM). The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer (ATC) capable of holding up to 70 tools (expandable to 195), delivering rapid tool change times of 0.90 seconds and chip-to-chip times of 1.90 seconds. Optional support for index and rotary tables enhances versatility for complex workpieces. The machine offers a 3-axis configuration (expandable to 4 axes) with X, Y, and Z travel of 31.500", 20.860", and 17.720" respectively, providing a robust work envelope for a wide range of machining applications. A pallet changer is available as an option, supporting up to 2 pallets for increased productivity.
