The CHMER G32F Wire EDM machine is a CNC-controlled precision wire electrical discharge machining tool designed for high-accuracy cutting and complex shapes. The machine incorporates a robust flushing system and a 300-liter coolant tank to maintain optimal cutting conditions and improve surface finish quality. Its CNC controller, developed in-house by CHMER, supports advanced machining functions and optional touch screen operation for efficient control. The machine supports wire diameters from 0.15 to 0.30 mm, enabling fine and precise cuts with taper angle capability up to ±14.5°. The structure weighs approximately 2300 kg, reflecting a sturdy design for stability during precision cutting. Suitable for workpieces weighing up to 300 kg, the G32F balances work capacity with compact dimensions, making it ideal for mold making, tool, and die manufacturing, and other detailed machining tasks.
